Waterfall Pond
Large water features require an extensive amount of planning to insure the viability of the feature through all the seasons. This full-sized custom pond and water falls required extensive excavation and rock work to complete the effect desired by the client.

Spring Stream into Koi Pond
This Koi pond and stream seamlessly blend nature and home. Alliance Land
and Waterscapes chose vegetation such as variegated water lilies and marginal
grasses native to the area to create a lush, decorative feel. Alliance
also designed the stonework using locally quarried stone, ensuring the
client enjoys a feature that is quite unique.
The clients helped Alliance Land and Waterscapes design the basic layout, and a contracting crew and Alliance Land and Waterscapes created the final result. The vanishing edge at the far end of the pond spills over a 10-foot-high rock wall into a lower pond.

Rustic Stream and Falls
This stream also blends seamlessly with the rustic forested surroundings
of the home. Alliance Land and Waterscapes chose ground cover and plants
that are native to the area to compliment the neighboring decking and
low light area.
The clients helped Alliance Land and Waterscapes design the basic layout, and a contracting crew and Alliance Land and Waterscapes created the final result. The waterfalls step down through the yard creating the sounds of falling water throughout the yard environment.

Primal Wall
This wall of rock was originally located in the mountains outside of King
City, California. It was labeled, numbered, carefully removed and transported
to the site.
Alliance Land and Waterscapes played the role of overall project coordinator and designer of the waterproofing and hydraulics (plumbing), and we were responsible for delivering a final product that meshed with the client's vision. This project required teamwork between Alliance Land and Waterscapes and general contractors, rock experts and masons. This 10-foot wall and waterfall stands at the driveway entrance—a beautiful and dramatic welcome to visitors arriving at our client's home.
